PDF Poster – NOTICE for LLRIB COVID Vaccine Draws-July 7, 2021
The draws are for band members only (aged 12 and up) living both on reserve and off reserve in La Ronge and area, and those living in Hall Lake and Sucker River. People that fit this criteria that have been immunized by LLRIBHS will be automatically entered into the draws. Those that were immunized off reserve will need to contact Jeannie Bird Clinic with proof of their vaccination in order to be entered into the draws.
All members that were previously vaccinated by LLRIBHS are eligible for the draws.
