NOTICE TO LAC LA RONGE INDIAN BAND COMMUNITY MEMBERS IMPACTED BY THE POWER OUTAGE
Lac La Ronge Indian Band will be providing assistance for the loss of food items due to the power outage this week.
The Council has collaborated to ensure that band members affected by the power outage will receive the same amount of the assistance. The LLRIB communities will be providing purchase orders to replenish food items starting next week. There will be $250.00 for every family unit and $125.00 for single members.
We ask for your patience, as it will take time to process the purchase orders. The communities of Stanley Mission, Grandmother’s Bay & Little Red River will begin issuing the purchase orders next week.
The dates for issuing purchase orders to LLRIB members in La Ronge, Hall Lake, Sucker River and off reserve (La Ronge, Air Ronge and impacted communities) will be posted next week.
