April 7, 2020 – Re: Emergency Assistance
We have been flooded with calls since 8:00 a.m. this morning. We ask for your patience, as we have over 7000 applications/forms that must be taken. We will continue to receive calls, all band members are eligible, it does not matter if you get through or not this week. To alleviate the congestion of calls, we are placing the emergency assistance form on-line. This is for the off-reserve members only. If you have access to a computer at home, please complete the fillable form which is on this web-site. The cheques will be deposited or the purchase orders will be mailed, once they have been processed.
If you have already talked with an agent/employee and they have taken your information, please do not complete this application. This is for those members that reside off-reserve that are not able to get through by telephone. We thank you for your understanding.
