The Lac La Ronge Indian Band’s Education Department is now accepting applications to fill 20 full time term positions (ending March 28, 2025) based out of:
- Fourteen (14) La Ronge YWEP Worker(s)
- Two (2) Hall Lake YWEP Worker(s)
- Two (2) Sucker River YWEP Worker(s)
- Two (2) Grandmother’s Bay YWEP Worker(s)
(20) Youth Work Experience Program (YWEP) Workers
The suitable candidates must be eligible first in order to be screened for an interview. The qualifications for this program are:
- Are you currently unemployed?
- Have you been out of school for at least one year?
- Are you highly motivated to work but lack experience or skills?
- Are you between the ages of 15-30 years
If you answered yes to all of these questions, you are eligible to apply. This program is intended to help build on employment skills such as communication, problem solving and working with others. We want to work with those to improve their skills and to help build new ones. If you want to improve your work experience, skills, and have answered yes to all the questions above, we want to help you!
