The Lac La Ronge Indian Band, Support Services is now accepting applications for the following
Full-time position, based out of Little Red River Reservation, SK:
Water Truck Driver
The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
- Monitor and record usage of water/sewer at each location.
- Deliver water to designated houses of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band as per a predetermined schedule.
- Ensure the delivery truck water tank is cleaned out at regular scheduled intervals.
- Ensure water pressure systems are working properly at each delivery location
- Maintain a log of activities, and report the same to your applicable supervisor.
- Perform other work-related duties as requested by your immediate supervisor.
The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Willing to take direction from a supervisor
- Willing to work independently on various job sites
- WHMIS, First Aid & CPR certification is an asset
- Self-directed, motivated and willing to learn new skills
- Willing to work flexible hours as needed – Some evening and weekend shifts may be required
- Must hold valid Class 5 License with no restrictions
