Lac La Ronge Indian Band is now accepting applications for the following Permanent Full-Time position based out of Little Red River Reservation, SK:
HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR/GRADER OPERATOR
The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
- Must have experience in operating the following equipment:
-
- Front End Loader
- Skid Steer
- Excavator
- Grader
- Must be able to operate equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
- Perform general and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Fill out and maintain equipment log books
The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Class 5 Drivers license
- Must be self directed and motivated
- Must be willing to take direction from supervisor
- Must be willing to work independently on various job sites
- Possess a strong work ethic
- WHMIS & First Aid/CPR certification is an asset
